Susan Irby, Founding Partner

With nearly 17 years in the real estate profession, Susan Irby founded Irby Real Estate Group in 2020. An award-winning sales professional across multiple industries, Susan personifies the modern real estate professional who provides knowledge and support throughout all aspects of real estate. She and her team of agents offer complete, discreet service to sellers, buyers, and investors of Southern California property with sales in the upper millions of dollars.

Susan joined REAL Brokerage in 2023 and partners with Justin Tye of Active Realty to provide the highest level of service to our customers. Susan is also an award-winning author, radio and television show producer, and on-air personality. Her health and wellness programs have reached millions of people around the globe. With a passion for assisting young women and families in need, Susan served on the Board of Trustees of St. Anne’s Los Angeles, was Board President for 3 years with the Daniel Freeman Hospitals Auxilary Guild, and volunteers her time for career counseling.

Susan has a love for international travel and formerly worked as a chef in Italy and France. Susan resides in Southern California and in addition to her real estate career, Susan is currently writing an illustrated children's book series based on her beloved dog, Homer.

Benecia was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She earned her B.A degree in Business and Communications at California State University of Fullerton. Immediately afterward, she earned her Real Estate license for the State of Hawaii.

Benecia moved to Hawaii 6 years ago at the age of 25 where she began her career in Real Estate and serviced the island of Oahu.

After enjoying life in San Diego, she now resides in Corona del Mar, California and is serving southern California residents in their real estate investments with an emphasis on the luxury market.

With her expert understanding of business administration and business strategies she was able to naturally transition into the Real Estate business with ease and confidence. She takes her role as a real estate business professional very serious. Striving to be the best advisor for her clients, she helps them make educated decisions during these important times in their lives. Pavan was born and raised in Fremont, CA in the Bay Area and graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a BA degree in Economics and then moved to Southern California to pursue his career in real estate after working in the tech industry in the marketing space for three years.

He now resides in Irvine, California and is serving Southern California residents with their real estate needs with his expertise in economics and the real estate market. He takes his role with an immense passion as he loves to help families find their next dream home as his core mission statement is to impact people’s lives in a positive way.

A former Public Relations executive, Brandi Marshall has been providing solutions for her clients for over 15 years.
